As you can see from the photos the roof trusses have been fixed over the shop, the front of the hall and the meeting room and toilets. For the first time there is a sense of the scale of the building and how it will look when completed.  

The contractors have also completed the external walls to eaves level, installed the rooflights in the main hall, the frames in the opening at the from of the existing hall and tiled the new roofs, with the exception of the shop.  first fix of the mechanical and electrical work is well underway.

Trenching and ducting for services was completed at the end of February, but a new gas supply is needed for the neighbouring property which will be installed in mid-April.  

We expect that by the end of the month the roof over the shop will be tiled. The aim is to have the whole building, including the existing hall and extensions, weather tight by early May.
