The Main Hall

Perfect for larger gatherings such as clubs, parties, dancing, and wedding receptions.

  • Stage for performances, speeches, or entertainment
  • Spacious kitchen with two cookers, hot water urn, commercial dishwasher, 50 cups and saucers, mugs, glass tumblers, and 7 water jugs plus serving hatches
  • Hall dimensions: 7.6m (W) x 12.95m (L)
  • Optional extension into the reception area: total length becomes 17.15m
  • Tall enough for a children's bouncy castle (11ft limit)
  • Electric blackout blinds for presentations or performances

The Grabham Room

A medium-sized space ideal for smaller groups, meetings, or children’s parties. This room includes access to convenient kitchenette facilities.

  • 40 chairs and 7 tables available
  • Kitchenette with cups, saucers, small plates, teaspoons, tea towels, kettle, and wall-mounted water heater
  • Room dimensions: 7.22m (W) x 7.67m (L)

The Cavalier Room

A cosy, flexible space ideal for small gatherings, one-to-one meetings, or beauty and therapy sessions.

  • Tables and chairs available
  • Access to the kitchen off the Grabham Room
  • Free Wi-Fi
  • Room dimensions: 3.6m (W) x 3.5m (L)
  • Suitable for 10 people

Optional Add-Ons

We offer a range of extras to help make your event run smoothly. Add these when placing your booking:

 

  • China and Cutlery – Available for up to 100 covers | £20 hire fee
  • Projector and Screen – Free to hire with HDMI lead included | £100 refundable deposit required
  • PA System (Main Hall only) – Free to hire and includes speakers, amp, microphone, and Bluetooth receiver for easy device connection

This section covers our session times, deposits, corporate surcharge, cancellation policy and when to pay.

Session Times
To keep our rates affordable and encourage fair use, we charge per session:

  • AM: 9:30am – 1:00pm
  • PM: 2:00pm – 5:30pm
  • EVE: 7:00pm – end

Security Deposit
A £100 refundable damage deposit is required for all parties, events, weddings, and ad-hoc hires.
If you are using the projector and/or screen, an additional £100 deposit applies.

Deposits are refunded in full after your event, provided the building is left clean, undamaged, and all rubbish is removed.

Corporate Surcharge
For corporate or public service bookings, a surcharge applies:

  • Main Hall or Grabham Room: £25 per booking
  • Cavalier Room: £15 per booking

A £100 damage deposit is also required. Repeat hirers may request to hold this on file—please contact us for details.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges apply:

  • 1 month before: 10%
  • 2 weeks before: 20%
  • Less than 1 week before: 50%

When to Pay
Your hire fee and deposit are due one month before your event. You’ll receive an invoice by email.
We’ll contact you the week before your event to arrange key collection.
